Entelechy Coaching was founded to help expand the level of consciousness on our planet. Its philosophy is that our lives are a series of heroic journeys that consistently call us to evolve to the highest expression of who we were born to be. Each of these journeys presents exactly the challenges and opportunities we need in order to identify and actualise our inherent potential. We can choose to accept the calls to enter the relative unknown, and grow in awareness, capability, and wisdom, or we can choose to decline the invitations, ignore the evolutionary impulse, and remain in the ever repeating known of our familiar selves and environments.

Joseph Campbell, the philosopher, teacher, and writer found that there is a mythical structure to the stories of our lives. He named this structure ‘The Hero’s Journey’, and its progressive stages can be found in all cultures across our planet- from fictional narratives to ancient rites of passage to the everyday events and occurrences in our personal and professional lives.

When we understand the archetypal patterns and personality traits that drive our experiences, we can connect to the great story of our own lives. When we learn to recognise the various stages of the hero’s journey- from Crossing The Threshold all the way to Supreme Transformation- we can track our passage through difficult and joyful times, and come to forever frame our past, present, and future through a comprehending and transformative lens. At the heart of Entelechy Coaching are the practices of revealing and recruiting your archetypes and their heroes, tracing your progression on each of your journeys, and equipping you with awareness, tools and skills to support you through each stage.
